Data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure. Your data is logically separated from other organisations and protected by row-level security. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
You can cancel a paid plan any time from the billing settings in the app, or by emailing hello@forgebase.com.au. Your paid features stay active until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again. We don't refund partial periods, but billing errors are always refunded. Yes. Your data belongs to you. Export functionality is available across key modules. If you cancel your account, you can request a full data export before deletion.
